Track the bus-id of the dSMeter on the device

If a meters bus-id changed due to a bus reorganization, the devices still
referenced the old bus id. Now we're remembering the meters DSID instead
of the volatile bus-id.

Actually the ticket title should be replaced. Its not only installer webinterface that suffers from a bug, likewise all API commands referring to a single device fail (Device.turnOn, Device.turnOff, eg.) after a period of uptime.

Under suspect is still the communication problem reported in #254.
