Description

The current "gerät umbenennen" dialog should be extended as follows:
- Rename to "Properties" (please use proper german translation on all names below)
- Keep existing Name
- Add "enable dimming" checkbox. Check with MT how to read the current dimming value on each klemme (as the debug pages do)
- Add "blink on klingel event" checkbox. Check with MT how to read the current blinking set from each klemme.

Add enable dimming and blink on klingel only for yellow klemme.
The blink flag is a worarround on not being able to read all "dont care" flags of all devices from the Zone.
Blink on will have a list of scene calls that will have a checkbox:
+ Klingel
+ Alarm

Currently the dSS does not offer means to read the device parameters via JSON.

After discussing this with Michael we think it would make sense to postpone this feature till the ds485 library integration which is about to happen very soon.

Please close this feature as it is not in sync with the dSS UI FunctionalSpecification, I created issue #519 as a replacement.
