Description

Create user dssadmin for SSH with password. Leave root without a password.

implemented as part of the PP8 OpenEmbedded branch; as discussed in the dSS call on sept 10th, this will not yet be merged to our development tree, as it adds an indirection for developers installing / manipulation data on the target; for any release versions, this should be pulled in from the pp8 branch though
