Description

Write a web page that will process the metering logs as follows:
On the left side have a tree of the form:
+ All
+ dSM1
+ dSM2
...
Once a tree is open then show a subtree of the form:
10 seconds
5 minutes
Half hour
2 hours
Daily
...
Once a subtree is selected show a graph of the data

The metering stuff is checked in and located in data/webroot/*metering* but was done using direct accessing XML files. So those samples would need to be adapted to the metering JSON API.
