Description
There should be a webpage where the user can control the time-settings:
- timeserver
- timezone
- manual date/time setting (if there is no internet connection e.g.)
The user should also see the state of the timeserver: When was the time last updated? Offset?

This is not supported by our ntp client. It's also not really common to show this kind of data in the UI.
Setting time, date, time zone, time server, enabling/disabling ntp client is implemented.
