Description

The user should see in web UI whenever dSS is reading out the dSM data model. Is it possible to visualize this with a progress bar?

Visualization using a progress bar is nice to have, another method may be a rotating icon, candybar.
The dSM active/present flags may be used, additionally the state of the busscanner may be useful to show.

Depending on the value of the isValid flag that is now exposed via JSON for the getCircuits call, we will display a "loading" icon for each dSM. In case at least one dSM is in "loading" state we will activate a 15 seconds auto-refresh of the view and will stop refreshing when all dSMs get back to "normal" state.
