Description

JS scripts / plugins need a possibility to write log files.

Create a js extension that will allow to do this together with a log directory configuration option on the dSS.
JS should only be allowed to write logs to that special directory.

This feature is needed for #323

Logging feature implemented and merged into mainline.

Still one TODO open for later release: clean up unused loggers once script context gets freed.
